barrel chair
Tub-shaped seating
A barrel chair is an upholstered armchair with a rounded back that curves continuously into the arms, forming a semi-enclosed shape resembling half a barrel.
The wraparound design creates a cozy, enveloping seat: The reading nook featured a pair of barrel chairs in soft velvet.
