bar regular
Familiar pub face
A bar regular is someone who frequents a particular bar often enough to be recognized by staff and other patrons.
Regulars typically have established relationships with bartenders, may have a usual drink or seat, and form part of the bar's social fabric: The bar regulars greeted him when he walked in.
The term can suggest comfortable belonging or, less charitably, habitual drinking.
