She's All That
Prom queen bet
She's All That is a 1999 American teen romantic comedy that became a touchstone of late-'90s high school movies.
The plot follows a popular jock who bets he can transform an unpopular girl into prom queen—a modern reworking of Pygmalion.
The title phrase, meaning someone is impressive or desirable, was already dated slang when the film appeared, giving it an ironic edge: He thinks he's all that.
