Unscoured means not scrubbed or cleaned by vigorous rubbing.
The word applies literally to pots, floors, or surfaces that haven't been scoured: unscoured pans crusted with grease.
It can also describe wool that hasn't been cleaned of natural oils and dirt, or channels and pipes that haven't been cleared by flowing water or abrasive action.
