unhaunted

Unhaunted describes a place free from ghosts or supernatural presences—the opposite of haunted.
The word appears most often in contexts where haunting might be expected: an unhaunted corner of the old cemetery, surprisingly unhaunted for a house with that history.
It can extend to psychological states: She seemed unhaunted by her past.
