unflocked
Lacking fuzzy coating
Unflocked describes something that has had its flocking removed, or something that was never flocked to begin with.
Flocking is the fuzzy, velvet-like coating applied to surfaces—wallpaper, Christmas trees, the insides of jewelry boxes.
An unflocked artificial tree has bare plastic branches rather than the soft texture meant to simulate snow.
