ravished
Seized with delight
Ravished is the past tense of ravish, a verb with two dramatically different meanings.
The older sense means to seize and carry away by force, and by extension, to rape—though this usage is now largely archaic.
The more common contemporary meaning is to fill with intense delight or ecstasy: She was ravished by the beauty of the coastline.
Context usually makes clear which sense is intended, as the pleasurable meaning dominates modern usage.
