noncontestable
Cannot be challenged
Noncontestable describes something that cannot be challenged or disputed.
In insurance, a noncontestable clause prevents the company from voiding a policy after a specified period, typically two years, regardless of misstatements in the application: Once the policy becomes noncontestable, they can't deny your claim based on the medical history you provided.
