interview panel
Job candidate evaluators
An interview panel is a group of people who collectively conduct a job interview, typically including representatives from different departments or levels of an organization.
The panel format allows multiple perspectives on candidates and distributes hiring decisions across several evaluators: She faced an interview panel of five managers.
The term sometimes refers to the event itself: My interview panel is scheduled for Thursday.
