head tremor
Involuntary skull oscillation
A head tremor is an involuntary shaking or oscillating movement of the head, typically rhythmic and repetitive.
It may appear as nodding (yes-yes motion) or side-to-side shaking (no-no motion).
Head tremors occur in conditions like essential tremor or Parkinson's disease, but can also result from stress or fatigue: Her head tremor worsens when she's anxious.
