havering
Speaking utter nonsense
Havering means talking foolishly or at length without saying much—rambling, dithering, or speaking nonsense.
The word is chiefly Scottish and Northern English: Stop your havering and get to the point.
To haver can also mean to hesitate or waver in making a decision: He havered for weeks before accepting the job.
