follicly challenged
Lacking head hair
Follicly challenged is a humorous euphemism for bald or balding, formed on the pattern of "physically challenged" and similar circumlocutions.
The joke lies in applying disability-awareness language to hair loss: My follicly challenged husband refuses to wear sunscreen on his head.
The phrase gently mocks both baldness and euphemistic speech.
