Car door compartment
A door pocket is a storage compartment built into the interior panel of a car door, typically used for maps, bottles, or small items.
The pocket takes advantage of the hollow space within the door structure: I keep an umbrella in the door pocket.
Most modern vehicles have door pockets on all four doors.
