done well

Carried out skillfully

Done well is a compliment acknowledging good work or achievement: Done well, team—we hit our targets.

It also describes how meat is cooked—thoroughly, with no pink remaining: I'll have my steak done well.

The phrase well done is more common in both senses, but done well appears when word order shifts: a job done well.
