ditsy

Flighty and unfocused

Ditsy describes someone who seems scatterbrained, flighty, or airheaded—easily distracted and not quite mentally present: She played the ditsy blonde in every sitcom.

The word carries gendered connotations, applied almost exclusively to women and girls, often dismissively.
