Dressed-up fan meetups
Cosplay events are gatherings where participants dress as characters from anime, video games, comics, movies, or other media.
These range from informal meetups to large conventions with costume contests, photo shoots, and panels.
The cosplay event drew thousands of fans in elaborate handmade costumes.
