concludable
Able to finish
Concludable describes something that can be brought to an end or finished: The negotiations were finally concludable after months of stalemate.
It also applies to reasoning—a concludable argument is one from which a conclusion can logically be drawn.
The word is formal and infrequent; most speakers would choose phrases like "can be concluded" instead.
