button noses
Small rounded noses
A button nose is small, round, and slightly upturned—compact and cute like a button on a garment.
The term is almost always affectionate, used especially when describing children or in romantic contexts: The baby had the most adorable button nose.
Button noses appear frequently in descriptions of dolls, cartoon characters, and idealized faces in general.
