birthday suits
Wearing absolutely nothing
A birthday suit is the state of being naked—the "suit" you were born in, wearing nothing at all.
The phrase is playful and euphemistic: The kids ran through the sprinklers in their birthday suits.
Almost always appears with a possessive: his birthday suit, her birthday suit.
