Anti-social behaviour
Public nuisance conduct
Anti-social behaviour refers to conduct that causes harassment, alarm, or distress to others—vandalism, public drunkenness, noise complaints, intimidation.
The term is especially common in British English, where it has legal standing: The council issued an anti-social behaviour order.
American English more often uses antisocial (one word) and typically reserves it for personality disorders rather than neighborhood nuisances.
