Mobile apps for the Apple iPad and other tablet computers are creating rich experiences for readers, more opportunities for creative expression for authors and artists, and brand new distribution channels via app stores. It’s a breeze for students and the general public to learn about science, culture, and the arts.

IDEA has created three interactive apps for the iPad, and we’re excited about the potential that exists for more. We are expanding into collaborative ventures, where authors and experts develop content, and our nimble team creates the app. The apps seamlessly blend compelling text, as well as interactive audio and video, in ways that engage and inspire readers. Where possible, apps include live data and visualizations. We have a decade of experience in virtual exhibits, creating full experiences for visitors, and are excited about encapsulating the experience of an interactive museum exhibit into the convenience of an app.
